Casiotone for the painfully alone, and yes that is their title. Seen it shortened to CFTPA, but that doesn't quite roll off the tongue either. Mainly using cheap keyboards combined with an almost monotone voice, this band produces such unique and surprisingly irresistible sound. Also, their ability of storytelling though songs is amazing. Unfortunately they performed their last concert on December 5, 2010. But don't worry, just because they got rid of that long, pretentious name doesn't mean they stopped making music. The lead singer has a new project called Advance Base. Stay tuned, as they should be showing up soon in my "Music to my ears" section.
